You can download our Payin1 app from Play store and register yourself by providing the basic details in ‘Register Now’ page and complete the verification process by providing the OTP sent to your registered email address. After successful verification provide your KYC which will be verified by our risk/ policy verification team and get approved to enjoy the uninterrupted transaction experience.
Add the recipient bank account details in ‘Add Beneficiary’ page as your beneficiary. Once beneficiary added, select the settlement type and enter the amount which needs to sent to the selected beneficiary and click on ‘Make Payment’. Select the payment mode and complete the payment successfully. Now share the transaction details to anyone via social media apps.
Settlement type is the time period on which the transferred amount should be settled in the recipient bank account.
Based on the customers selection during every transaction, payin1 App settles the transaction amount in the beneficiaries’ bank account in below listed settlement cycles.
Yes, you can add/ edit/ delete/ make payment to beneficiary’s form beneficiary page.

If the payment to the any individual got completed successfully, Customer can view their transaction details in ‘Transaction History’ page. In transaction history page, for every transaction settlement status and settled date & time will be displayed.
Yes, based on your agent KYC may be asked with your beneficiary to claim the transaction amount in their bank account.

All the Payments once made is Non-Refundable, even if the services have not been fully rendered by us. In case of any error of payment, or wrong bill or overcharge, or double charge, payment failure, etc. you may contact our support via support@payin1.in in making payments to recipient. In case of cancel payment raised before settlement after successful payment, deduction will be done based on the internal policy of Target Infra & Business Solution.
Yes, you can update. Except name you can update your profile information’s from profile page.
